    Permission is sought for additional capacity on an existing Gypsy site. Consent is sort for two additional static caravans with accompanying touring caravans for two Gypsy Traveller families. The additional capacity would include parking for four vehicles, associated hardstanding and limited operational development.  Consultation expires 31.3.17.

  •  C2017/77362:  Land north or Grove Lane, Sutton. 
    Outline application with all matters reserved for 58 semi-detached two storey houses and 41 detached two storey houses, a cafeteria (Class A3) and a shop (Class A1).  This land lies within the Metapolitan Green Belt and is a green field site.  Consultation expires 1.9.17.

RECTORY LANE SUTTON & EAST SURREY WASTE WATER DRAINAGE LAGOON

 Planning Permission has been given by R&BBC to Sutton & E Surrey Water Services (S&ESW) for the construction of a

 drainage lagoon at the bottom of Rectory Lane (in the field opposite the shops). The planning reference is:

 14/02077/F details are on the R&BBC website:  www.reigate-banstead.gov.uk.  This work is likely to last for three years.
