Urgent:The Boundary Commission (BC) have recommended new wards for the local area which will cut Woodmansterne Village in half - the top half going to Banstead and the bottom half to Chipstead and Kingswood - thus the end of Woodmansterne as a community.  You can comment on these proposals by going on the BC website consultation.lgbce.org.uk.  The consultation ends on 13th August 2018.

Reigate and Banstead Development Management Plan (DMP) 
The council has approved a draft of the DMP and this can be viewed at www.reigate-banstead.gov.uk.
There is an opportunity to support or object to this before 4th May, after which it will be submitted for independent examination.


Church Hall Car Park
This car park is primarily for Church Hall users and Churchgoers.  Short term use by others is acceptable during the week but long term parking and Sunday football club parking is not.

RECTORY LANE SUTTON & EAST SURREY WASTE WATER DRAINAGE LAGOON

Planning Permission has been given by R&BBC to Sutton & E Surrey Water Services (S&ESW) for the construction of a drainage lagoon at the bottom of Rectory Lane (in the field opposite the shops). The planning reference is: 14/02077/F details are on the R&BBC website:  www.reigate-banstead.gov.uk.  This work is likely to last for three years, starting 2016.
