    Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment to form 25 Retirement Living Apartments for older persons including communal facilities and associated parking, landscaping and new access.  Consultation expires 30.5.17.  Refused.  Appeal to be heard on 3.5.18 - postponed until 22nd August 2018.

  •  C2017/77362:  Land north or Grove Lane, Sutton. 
    Outline application with all matters reserved for 58 semi-detached two storey houses and 41 detached two storey houses, a cafeteria (Class A3) and a shop (Class A1).  This land lies within the Metapolitan Green Belt and is a green field site.  Consultation expires 1.9.17.  Outcome: The Mayor considers that the application does not fully comply with the London Plan but that the possible remedies could address these deficiencies,
