Passenger Benefit Fund 
This fund has been set up for improvement of rail stations following the disastrous introduction of new timetables last year.  To apply for funding for your local station go to www.passengerbenefitfund.co.uk.  The cut off for sending in ideas is 31st July 2019.


Reigate and Banstead 2025. 
This is the council's draft plan for the next five years covering topics like housing, the environment, community safety, open spaces, towns and villages, leisure and wellbeing.  To complete a survey go to www.reigate-banstead.gov.uk/rbbc 2025Consultation closes on 16th September 2019.

Lavender Fields parking restrictions

In order to minimise the impact of obstructive parking on traffic flow at junctions caused by vehicles visiting Lavender Fields site the London Borough of Sutton intends to make a Temporary Traffic Management Order.  The Order will temporarily introduce 'at any time' waiting restrictions around the junctions of Carshalton Road, Croydon Lane, Woodmansterne Lane and Woodmansterne Road.  The Order will come into effect Monday 17 June 2019.  The Temporary Traffic Management Order will remain in force for 18 months.  Copies of the draft Order and Public Notice of Intent can be viewed by selecting the link below.

Reigate and Banstead Development Management Plan (DMP) 
The above plan is anticipated to be adopted by the council in September.

Church Hall Car Park
This car park is primarily for Church Hall users and Churchgoers.  Short term use by others is acceptable during the week but long term parking and Sunday football club parking is not.

RECTORY LANE SUTTON & EAST SURREY WASTE WATER DRAINAGE LAGOON

Planning Permission has been given by R&BBC to Sutton & E Surrey Water Services (S&ESW) for the construction of a drainage lagoon at the bottom of Rectory Lane (in the field opposite the shops). The boundary and landscaping of this site has been given permission (planning references 14/02077/DET03 and 14/02077/DET04).  The footpaths is the field are in the process of being registered. 

The latest update on the Woodmansterne Water Treatment Works upgrade project is available at
