Reigate & Banstead Borough Council has started a Community Governance Review

(CGR). This review will consider local governance arrangements throughout the Borough.  For more information go to https://www.reigate-banstead.gov.uk/cgr. 
This review includes details of opportunities for proposals to form local councils.   A feedback survey opens on 24th July and closes on 18th September 2025.

BANSTEAD FIRE STATION

The fire station will remain for a further year in Banstead.


Transport for London (TFL) Ultra-Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) London-wide on 29 August 2023. Drivers of non-compliant vehicles would pay £12.50 per day to drive within Greater London.

This is the council's draft plan for the next five years covering topics like housing, the environment, community safety, open spaces, towns and villages, leisure and wellbeing.  To complete a survey go to www.reigate-banstead.gov.uk/rbbc 2025.  Plan adopted by council January 2020.


Reigate and Banstead Development Management Plan (DMP) 
The above plan was adopted by the council on 26th September 2019. The plan can be viewed at the council offices in Reigate, in local libraries or online at www.reigate-banstead.gov.uk/dmp.


Church Hall Car Park
This car park is primarily for Church Hall users and Churchgoers.  Short term use by others is acceptable during the week but long term parking and Sunday football club parking is not.
