As amended on 18/10/2021, 20/10/2021, 28/10/21, 01/11/2021, 25/11/2021, 13/12/2021 and 03/03/2022.  Comments by 29th March 2022  Refused November 2022.

  • 21/02160/F:  Culligan International UK Ltd Prospect Wells House Outwood Lane Chipstead Surrey CR5 3NA.  Demolition and comprehensive redevelopment of the site for a 3 storey building to provide a mixed use development comprising a shop (Use Class A1) at ground floor with 10 residential units (Use Class C3) at first and second floors, car parking, landscaping and associated works. Comments by 24th September 2021.  Approved with conditions 11.3.22

  • 20/02362/F: Culligan International UK Ltd Prospect Wells House Outwood Lane Chipstead Surrey CR5 3NA.  Demolition of existing buildings and erection of a three storey residential building to comprise 16 flats with associated access, parking, landscaping and other associated works.  Comments before 21st January 2021 - this has been extended by 21 days due to letters not being received by local residents.  

  • 19/01825/F:  Culligan International UK Ltd Prospect Wells House Outwood Lane Chipstead Surrey CR5 3NA. Demolition and comprehensive redevelopment of the site for a 3 storey building to provide a mixed use development comprising a shop (Use Class A1) at ground floor with 10 residential units (Use Class C3) at first and second floors, car parking, landscaping and associated works. As amended on 03/12/2019,10/02/2020, 21/04/2020, 27/05/2020 and on 29/07/2020.  This application was refused in August 2020 but has now gone to appeal.  Dismissed at appeal.
